Allow iTunes on Forcepoint Firewall

Issue: iTunes sing in error

Verification Failed

There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server

Reason: FORCEPOINT Web Security Content Gateway block the connection

Solution: Add URLs as explicitly tunneled

1. Open FORCEPOINT Web Security Content Gateway admin panel
2. Go to Configure tab > SSL > Incidents > Add Website
   
   
   
3. One by one add URLs:
   • https://*.apple.com
   • https://*.itunes.com
   • https://*.verisign.com
4. With Action: Tunnel
   
   
   
5. Done. Check your iTunes connectivity.
